n Idaho at Montana, 1 p.m.

Idaho picked up a 21-9 win at home over Cal Poly. Tre Walker is second in the Big Sky with 103 tackles while Jeff Cotton is averaging 101.6 receiving yards.

No. 8 Montana and backup quarterback Cam Humphrey earned their second straight win with a 38-23 victory over Portland State last week. Grizzlies wide receiver Jerry Louie-McGee is eight catches away from the No. 10 spot on the Big Sky receptions list.

n E. Washington at Idaho State, 2:30 p.m.

Eastern Washington tallied 706 total yards of offense in its 66-38 win over Northern Arizona at home last week. Quarterback Eric Barriere and kicker Seth Harrison earned ROOT SPORTS player of the week honors. The Eagles will take on Idaho State for the first time since 2016.

Idaho State fell to Northern Colorado at home last week as it was troubled by turnovers. The Bengals look to rebound against a team it hasn’t played since 2016.

n Sacramento State at N. Arizona, 3 p.m.

Sacramento State enters this week ranked No. 8 after a loss to Weber State at home last week, its first FCS loss of the season. The Hornets next take on Northern Arizona, the top passing offense in the nation. The two teams had their game canceled last season due to wildfires in the Sacramento area.

Northern Arizona fell on the road to Eastern Washington last week. NAU quarterback Case Cookus became the second player in Big Sky history to record 100 career passing touchdowns. He is 10 away from tying the record.

n UC Davis at Portland State, 3 p.m.

UC Davis had a bye last week. The Aggies won their last meeting against Portland State 37-14 in 2017. UC Davis quarterback Jake Maier is 423 yards shy of cracking the Big Sky’s top 10 for career passing yards and one score away from the No. 10 spot in career passing touchdowns.

Mataio Talalemotu caught five passes for 109 yards in Portland State’s loss to Montana last week. The Vikings lead the all-time series 11-5 against UC Davis. Davis Alexander has thrown for 2,324 yards and 17 touchdowns this season.

n N. Dakota AT Weber State, 2 p.m.

No. 3 Weber State defeated then-No. 6 Sacramento State on the road last week to become the lone undefeated team in Big Sky play. Josh Davis leads the league in all-purpose yards with 1,136 to go with nine rushing touchdowns. Weber State leads the all-time series against UND 3-1.
