The Lady Comets played a complete game tonight, said Head Coach Any Steele. The girls rebounded the ball, played solid defense, ran an efficient offense, and knocked down open shots, according to him.

Steele thought the girls did a fantastic job of getting McKenzie Cooper the ball in positions to score. They set some great screens, got her the ball in the post, and pushed the tempo to get open threes. Jeanie Crabtree did an awesome job of spreading the ball around and the team was able to make their open shots. This was a game the team needed to get their confidence back up, Steele said.

The Lady Comets will take on Clinton Prairie at home this Friday, Jan. 24 at 6 p.m.

Individual results:

McKenzie Cooper: 34 points, 10 rebounds
