Mississinawa Valley topped Union City Saturday in the cross town shootout, 75-54.
The outsized Indians fell behind 14-7 after one period and continued to fall behind through the first three quarters, trailing 58-35 entering the final stanza.
Union City coach Bruce Davison cited the size disadvantage for his Indians as troublesome throughout the contest.
Zerrin Cantu paced the Indians with 16 points while Wes Mote added 10 points. Bryten Syewart and Maverick Luster led the Indians on the boards with four each.
Now 2-2, the Indians host Winchester on Friday in their only contest of the week.
