Jerry L. “Rabbit” Johnson, 73, of Tipton, passed away at 9:25 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2018, at St. Vincent Hospital in Kokomo. Jerry was born Nov. 12, 1944, in Kokomo to the late Cecil and Jesse (Durham) Johnson. He married Connie Lawrence on Dec. 31, 1987 and she survives.

Aleta J. Craig, 64, of Kokomo, passed away at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2018, at Kokomo Health Care. She was born on June 19, 1953, in Tipton County, to Elwood and Betty M (Moore) ONeal. On June 28, 1978, Aleta married Wesley Craig and he passed away on Jan. 4, 2004.

Ruth Imogene Horn, 85, Kokomo, passed away at 11:10 a.m. Tuesday, February 13, 2018, at St. Vincent Hospital in Kokomo. She was born July 27, 1932, in Kokomo, to Ola and Mazy (LaFollette) Miller.

Dwaine E. Tate, 84, Forest, departed this earth and joined his heavenly Father at 6 p.m. February 17, 2018, at his home. He was born at home in Howard County on October 1, 1933 to the late Harry O. and Florence E. (Oakley) Tate. He graduated from Forest High School in 1951. He married Nancy R. Terrell on September 1, 1954 in Oakland Christian Church.

Judge Stephen Jessup

Judge Stephen Mills Jessup, 74, Kokomo, passed away at 4:09 a.m. Friday, February 16, 2018, at Wellbrooke of Kokomo. He was born February 3, 1944 in Kokomo, to John and Hester (Mills) Jessup. On August 26, 1967, he married his childhood sweetheart, Susan Bredemus, and she survives.

Carol Mae Lott, 91, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 13th in Kokomo. She was born on October 10, 1926 to the late Harley and Daisy Douglass on a farm in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

Carol will be laid to rest at Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery following the funeral service.

Gregory Stearns, age 59, of Logansport, Indiana, went to be with the Lord on February 16, 2018. Greg was born on August 16, 1958 in Kokomo, Indiana to Kathy Stearns and the late Keith Stearns.

Kesterson, who survives.

On September 5, 1953, at Hills Baptist Church, she married Willis Ray Wilson, who preceded her in death on January 31, 1974.

Doris Elaine (Miller) Kopeschka, 57, of Kokomo passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at IU University Hospital in Indianapolis with her family by her side. She was born February 12, 1961, the daughter of Charles W. Miller and Sue (Waggaman) Miller, who survive. On April 14, 1979 she married Brian Kopeschka, who survives.
