Kokomo Trick-or-Treat Hours
The Kokomo Police Department is asking everyone to put safety first as you engage in neighborhood trick-or-treating this year. Trick-or-treat hours are from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Halloween night, Thursday, Oct. 31. The department is asking parents to limit their children to these hours within the city limits. The department also reminds parents of the importance of supervising their children in this yearly celebration. Parents need to be mindful of traffic conditions and remember that many costumes tend to limit a child’s vision. The Kokomo Police Department suggests that children not eat their treats while going door-to-door, but wait until they are finished and then allow their parents to inspect what they’ve been given for any sign of tampering. If you suspect you have an item which has been tampered with or looks suspicious, please call the Kokomo Police Department at 457-1105.
