KOKOMO, IN – Solidarity Federal Credit Union recently launched a teen-based financial group called Kokomo EDGE. The credit union focuses on teens ages 13 to 19, providing the youth of Kokomo with a financial “edge.” Through education and community building, Solidarity believes that teens today have a tremendous potential to transform tomorrow.

For the summer, Solidarity wants to hear from teens of Kokomo and surrounding areas on what their dream ride would be. During this month, Solidarity’s Kokomo EDGE program is holding a photo contest titled “What’s Your Dream Ride?” After all, teens might not be able to buy their dream ride at this moment in time, but Kokomo EDGE would like to give them a running start by “fueling their dreams” with a $200 cash deposit for the winning entry. Attention teens: Submit a photo of your dream ride, get your friends to vote and you might be the winning entry for this cash deposit! What better way to start out your summer with money towards that dream ride? To enter this contest, visit Kokomo EDGE’s Facebook: You can also enter through Twitter by tweeting your photo with the hashtag #kokomoride.

Anyone with questions may contact Solidarity Federal Credit Union at (765) 453-4020.
