Below are the arrests from Sept. 16 by Kokomo Police Department. All those arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Dreyton Cameron, 21, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. at the intersection of Delphos and Jefferson streets. He was charged with altered gun identification (level 5 felony), marijuana cultivation (class B misdemeanor), and never obtaining a license (class C misdemeanor).
Cody Cunningham, 28, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. at the intersection of Webster Street and Markland Avenue. He was charged with possession of marijuana (class B misdemeanor).
Kevin Jackson, 48, was arrested at 4 p.m. at 1907 W. Sycamore St. He was charged with disorderly conduct (class B misdemeanor) and PI (class B misdemeanor).
Amber Lay, 42, was arrested at 3:24 p.m. at 2306 W. Sycamore St. She was arrested on a warrant for identity deception.
James Perry, 32, was arrested at 5:55 p.m. at 1809 Cadillac Ct. He was arrested for possession of a syringe (level 6 felony), RLE (level 2 felony), dealing meth (level 3 felony), possession of meth (level 3 felony), never obtaining a license (class C misdemeanor), and warrants for possession of methamphetamine and dealing methamphetamine.
Jacqueline Tapia, 46, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. at 109 Rainbow Circle. She was charged with domestic battery in the presence of a child (level 6 felony) and neglect of a dependent (level 6 felony).
