Below are the arrests from Nov. 4 by Kokomo Police Department. All those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Don Herrington Jr., 42, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. at 1109 S. Main St. He was charged with battery by bodily waste (level 6 felony), domestic battery (class A misdemeanor), intimidation (level 6 felony), and possession of cocaine (level 6 felony).

John Hozey, 52, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. at 808 S. Plate St. He was charged with domestic battery (class A misdemeanor).

James Mailey, 42, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. at 1240 S. Jay St. He was charged with robbery (level 3 felony), auto theft (level 6 felony), and RLE (class A misdemeanor).

Amanda Miller, 44, was arrested at 11:46 p.m. at 808 S. Plate St. She was charged with domestic battery (class A misdemeanor).

Charissa Williams, 46, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. at 1101 N. Phillips St. She was arrested on a warrant for false informing.

Jeremiah Young, 22, was arrested at 11:12 a.m. at the intersection of Sycamore and Market streets. He was charged with possession of marijuana (class B misdemeanor).
