Robb Blume, president & CEO of Community First Bank of Indiana, announced the promotions of Kim LaFollette, Jonathon Malin, Carlonda Davis, Tracy Herr, and Zack Gabriel.
LaFollette has been promoted to Senior Vice President. She received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Kokomo. She has been employed by the bank for 14 years and is the director of retail banking.
Malin has been promoted to vice president. He received his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University East. He is a commercial loan officer and has been employed with the bank for nine years.
Davis has been promoted to vice president. She is a graduate of Indiana University Purdue University of Indianapolis with a bachelor’s degree in human resource management. Davis has been employed with the bank since 2018 and is the human resource manager.
Herr has been promoted to assistant vice president. She is working on a degree in accounting at Ivy Tech. She has been employed at the bank for nine years and is the accounting clerk. Gabriel has been promoted to commercial loan portfolio manager and bank officer. He is a graduate of Butler University and has been employed with the bank since 2015.
Community First Bank was chartered in 2003 in Kokomo, where it currently has three branches in Kokomo, two branches in Westfield, and one branch in Noblesville.
