The two suspects in a robbery that took place in May at T-Mobile on Boulevard Street have been arrested.
On May 29, at approximately 8:11 p.m., officers of the Kokomo Police Department were dispatched to T- Mobile, located at 1810 E. Boulevard St., in reference to an armed robbery. Upon arrival, officers learned that a black male, who was armed with a knife, entered the store and stole cell phones and an undetermined amount of cash.
Through this investigation, detectives were able to identify two suspects. Detectives secured arrest warrants for the following people: Jamie Kennedy, 30, Kokomo, for one count of armed robbery (level 3 felony) and one count of false informing (class A misdemeanor) and Dontaye Davis, Kokomo, for one count of armed robbery (level 3 felony) and one count of conspiracy to commit armed robbery (level 3 felony).
Kennedy turned herself in to detectives on Sept. 11, and on Sept. 19, detectives arrested Davis on the outstanding arrest warrant.
