Caleb Copp, who just finished his sophomore year at Titan New Tech, has received two honors. This summer, he will be Taylor’s delegate to the Hugh O’Brian (HOBY) Leadership Seminar at Butler University and the Purdue Research Park Entrepreneurship Academy.

Copp was one of only 50 Indiana high school students chosen to attend the weeklong, sixth annual Purdue Research Park Entrepreneurship Academy, which introduces high school students to the world of entrepreneurship. The event culminates with a business plan competition during which teams will present their capital needs and management plans to a panel of judges.

Copp also won the Taylor High School Honor Roll drawing. He and his favorite teacher, Matthew Carlile, received designer-made pens from Strickler’s Jewelry. Copp also received a certificate and a Fossil watch from the Taylor Lions Club.
