'TIS THE SEASON — The Kokomo Housing Authority put on a Winter Bash for residents at Garden Square on Dec. 18. The event featured a visit from Santa, who threw candy in the air for the children to catch, free hot chocolate from Kokomo Coffee Co., gifts from Toys for Tots Partnered with Goodfellows and made possible by Indiana Heartland FCU, and horse-drawn carriage rides from Crown Haven Center.
